Couples

Psychotherapy
& counselling for connected minds.

Relationship Therapy is focussed mainly on the communication and conflict between the couple. My aim is to help you both to listen, really hear what your partner is saying and explore together how each of you deals with conflict in your relationship.

I will help you bring out into the open what you value in your relationship, and what you would like to see changed. My role shifts as we work through your issues: at times a facilitator, at others a mediator, sometimes an active observer, bringing a different perspective through my experience and expertise throughout my 25 years of practice in central London and online to clients based in different countries.

At your first appointment you will be invited into private space to discuss your personal hopes in therapy. This initial paid consultation will provide time to discuss any concerns you may have about relationship counselling.

At your first meeting, I will consider which of our counselling or psychotherapy style will be the best match for your needs. You may also have a preference for the kind of personal therapist you would like to see and this can be discussed at this first meeting and a referral made to another professional whenever appropriate.
