Individuals

Personal psychotherapy and counselling for individual minds.

Find out the type of issues Psychotherapy
and Counselling can help with

Therapy offers the possibility of being able to look at any important issues in your life. It could be a chance to explore your ‘world view’ and how that affects your relationships, your decision making and your sense of well-being.

Each session is unique and I do not impose a set model or theory and try and use whatever suits you.

At your first appointment you will be invited into a private and comfortable room to discuss your personal hopes in therapy. This initial consultation will provide time to discuss any concerns you may have about counselling.

At your first meeting, I will consider which of our counsellors or psychotherapists will be the best match for your needs. You may have a preference for the kind of personal therapist you would like to see and this can be discussed at this first meeting.
